Issue With CO2 Dispensers

Categories:Uncategorized

To start, we are currently still on track with no delays. It was a close call. The CO2 dispensers that we ordered had slight differences on the inside. The majority were too tight to fit our CO2 cartridges. We didn’t think we could drill it out, enter Constant Laubscher of Huddle Stone Woodcraft Inc, in Alpharetta, GA.  Constant is the one manufacturing the stainless steel barbs for the TapIt Cap. When we discovered our problem he met with us this morning to see if he could help.  In an hour we had a solution and even though I’ll spend 12 hours on a drill press we are still on track.

So here’s to Constant Laubscher, our GrowlTap hero of the day:

I’m sorry that you misunderstood your GrowlTap Pre-Order. I did everything possible to ship early for the Estimated Delivery date of December 20th and I failed. I did manage to ship on the 20th which isn’t too bad in my opinion. I also provided updates on the Website and Twitter informing my customers of the delay.

Please email if you would like to discuss this further and I will be happy to answer any of your questions..

Received the GrowlTap about an hour ago. I am enjoying my first glass of Sunlight Creme Ale from the Sun King brewery in Indianapolis, Indiana.

My shipment did not include the extra CO2 cartridges I ordered. I assume those are coming in a later shipment?

First beer is excellent! Also, did not have to adjust the shelves in my fridge – the growler with the GrowlTap fit – barely! : )

    Happy Holidays!
